     COGNOS - Sample report instructions

        Sponsored Project Summary Report - to be used to see line item budgets and balances for the date you choose

        Transactions Report - to look for specific transactions.  Can filter by OrgKey, month(s) (remember fiscal year months NOT calendar year), or line item (Object Code).

        Multiple - to see who is signed up on payroll, for what dates and what pay rate

        Cost Distribution Report - to see who actually got paid in what pay period with salary and benefits listed separately
